Confused by technology? You're not alone! Meet the Maze family's new baby, TechnoMaze.
We're planning a new series of events, designed to guide you through the increasingly complex maze of technology out there. We'll be looking at different products and explaining what they do, how to use them, and why you may (or may not!) want any of them.
In future, we're hoping to cover all the most commonly used tools and gadgets from computers, laptops, tablets and the like to mobile phones, MP3 players, hi-fi systems, digital TVs and radios, Sat Navs and more.
We'd like people (including us!) to feel able to ask all those daft questions we're too embarrassed to ask our children or grandchildren, try out products, and understand what they could do for you.
"Tell us about your experiences with technology - your trials and tribulations - as well as what you like about it and what you'd still like to learn about. We'd really like to hear from you."
If you run into technology trouble of one sort or another, here are some people who could help. They all live in or near Bath.

Microcola Computers has been in existence for over 10 years.
Owners John and Michele Douglas-Davies started out in a small industrial unit in Abergavenny, South Wales and relocated to Bath in the summer of 2009. They wanted to expand the retail side of the business and their sons James, Peter and Stuart all wanted to be in Bath (Stuart is currently a student at Bath University).
Because they are an independent retailer, they are able to offer customers sound, unbiased advice about computers and related products. They also sell accessories - paper, ink, CD-Rs and DVDs, mice, headphones, cases etc. - all at competitive prices. John also carries out computer repairs, such as replacing cracked screens on laptops, recovering data from faulty hard drives and getting rid of viruses.
