"I would recommend The Beauty Maze to anyone who thinks they might need a bit of a change or some new ideas"
Sue from Keynsham
These are some of the special people who will be helping run our Look Great, Feel Great! Programmes
Lynne started her career with Boots as a dispenser in the pharmacy department - and stayed on, working her way up through the company in a number of different roles. She has worked for Boots in Burnham-On-Sea, Weston-super-Mare and most recently, Broadmead, Bristol.
She was asked to take on the role of General Manager in Bath to oversee the move into the new flagship store in Southgate.
Camilla Thomas, Beauty Sales Manager, has been with Boots for four years, after studying contemporary performing arts at the University of Central Lancashire.
She was first appointed Beauty Team Manager, then promoted to Sales Manager for the store when Boots opened in Southgate, Bath in November 2009.
Gemma and Alice from No. 7
Jen, Benefit's Account Manager, Boots Bath
Paula Thorpe, 30, is deputy store manager for Debenhams Bath. She has worked for Debenhams for 7 years, spending the past 4 managing ladies fashion.
Paula says she loves the ever-changing environment of fashion retail and finds the personal shopping side particularly rewarding. She continued, "It's very satisfying helping people find their style and confidence through the right clothes. The Personal Shopping suite in our new Bath store is a wonderfully luxurious haven where customers can relax whilst our expert personal shopping team apply flair and imagination to helping them find the perfect wedding outfit or revamp their wardrobe."
The personal shopping team at Debenhams Bath consists of Chantelle and Helena.
Chantelle's background is in fashion and advertising and she is also a qualified make-up artist and massage therapist.
Helena is passionate about vintage couture and using her imagination to accessorize outfits (when she's not indulging her interest in sports cars and rally driving, that is!).
If you've not come across Bath's Jane Braham and her fitness regimes yet - well, you don't know what you're missing! Jane runs aero-tone-ilates classes, 5 days a week, combining aerobics, toning and pilates.
She is also well-known for her "walking fit" club, leading hour-long brisk circular walks, 5 days a week, in and around Bath. Some are on the flat, some hilly, to suit different levels of physical fitness. Her walkers get to discover parts of Bath they never knew existed, as well as meeting and chatting to new people.
Jane is a trained nurse, most recently working as a Sister at The Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Hospital in London. After children, she retrained as an aerobics instructor, and holds qualifications in nutrition, weight management, personal training, pilates and power plate.
Jane will be talking about her special, and very sociable, approach to keeping fit on the Beauty Maze Look Great, Feel Great! Programme.

Kay Norton is a personal trainer - with a difference!
Originally a primary school teacher, she had a light-bulb moment in her 40s when she tagged along on some personal training her husband was having. "It was as if I'd reached a crossroads," she explained. "I suddenly saw that this was not only a chance to put my own life - and body - in order, but using my teaching background, I could help other "older" women do the same."
Kay went off and re-trained as a fitness instructor. Today, she runs her own fitness studio, Fitworks, in Bristol and amongst other things specialises in "active ageing" programmes and nutrition and weight management. She is also qualified to help clients referred by their GPs for many conditions including raised blood pressure, cholesterol, back pain and heart disease.
Tina Gossage and Pauline Sinkins are founder members of The Beauty Maze. Both married and with grown-up children, they share a passion for fashion, helping women explore their own sense of style, and creating a new, more dynamic relationship between shops and shoppers.
Each has led a blameless life until now, holding senior posts in the public sector: Pauline most recently as head of communications for the Directorate of Health & Social Care; and Tina as manager of the NHS Graduate Scheme in the South West.
Both now work as independent consultants in different spheres - Pauline in strategic communications consultancy for the NHS; Tina as a personal coach and management development consultant for the public sector in England and Wales.
